In the research work such notions as "organization" in its correlation with management, forms and methods of operative and search activity organization, the problems of informational providing of activity, forecasting and planning of Criminal Investigation Department subdivisions' work and the importance of cooperation with bodies of inner affairs and other law enforcing agencies are discovered. The questions of improvement of the structure of the Criminal Investigation Department's subdivisions, regular work, officials' specialization, and assessment criteria are investigated. Definite proposals were made.
