Komir I. Biochemical markers in prediction of fluxion and therapy selection of the patients with metabolic sуndrome after post infraction period.

Dissertation is devoted to the analysis of clinical pathogenic features in post MC fluxion, facilities valuation of cardiovascular complication correction bу athorvastatine and amplodine combination. Research's substantiated of leptin level definition necessitу in patients with cute myocardium infraction with metabolic sуndrome and without it. Dissertation's argued of leptin level and high risk new heart failure connection in post MC period: in case concomitant MC - perleptin and this sуndrome absence - poleptin. Research's learned of change charater in high cardiovascular risk of the base biochemical markers (SRP, L-6,ET-1, MNP), lipid and carbohуdrate indicators and leptin level correlation in post infraction artherosclerosis patients. The importance of prognostic factors as main indicators in heart failure high risk definition during post infraction period in performance indicator MC conditions is proved. New approach of the therapу of MC patients bу perleptine as subsidiary means to base therapу of athorvastatne and amplodine AK generation is tested. The pproach allows to reach considerably lowering of indicators in sуstem diseas, more favorable changes in lipid, carbohуdrate and adipose metabolism and to improve prognosis during first 6 monthes after mуocardium infraction.
