Essay

The dissertation deals with improvement of surgical treatment outcomes of patients with difficult inguinal hernia. For the first time by way on researching of muscle-aponeurosis tissues of the inguinal canal we found the atrophy spread of the tissues to 3-4 cm, whereas the patients with primary inguinal hernias had the atrophy spread to 1-2 cm.
