Essay

The thesis deals with international legal framework for EU trade policy. The formation and development of trade policy of the EU analyzed. Sources and principles of its implementation and the ratio of competence between EU institutions and Member States in this area defined. Studied and analyzed the basic principles of legal regulation of imports and exports, the order and the procedures of the distribution of numerical quotas in the EU.
