The thesis is devoted to validation and improvement of the identification and assay methods of riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, nicotinic acid, ascorbic acid in the extemporaneous medications, which are subject to obligatory chemical control in accordance with the requirements of SPU. The identification and assay methods of the water-soluble vitamins in the blank of the pharmacy preparation were modified according to the results of the conducted re-searches. The new spectophotometry assay methods of riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, acid nicotine in solutions of the extemporaneous preparation are offered. The comparative description of the validation characteristic for titrimetric assay methods of ascorbic acid was conducted. Circulars about innovation in the system of health protection are formed and introduced in work of pharmacies and analytical laboratory.
