Rudenko L. Complex prophylaxis of complications of pregnancy course, births in women with a uterine scar

The purpose of the work is to diminish the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications for women with the cezarien incision (CI) operated uterus by way of development of the method of prophylaxis and treatment of complications of pregnancy course, births. The clinical features of pregnancy course in women with the CI operated uterus are a threat of abortion (in 54.3 %), threat of premature births (in 44.2 %), low placentation (in 36.2 %), uterine scar failure (in 16,7 %), antenatal distress of fetus (30.4 %). Complications of births course are the following: uterine inertia (13.0 %), distress of fetus (30.4 %). The feature of condition of a newborn is morphofunctional immaturity (28.3 %). The elaborated algorithm of complex prenatal prophylaxis and diagnostical therapeutic measures on prophylaxis, treatment of gestational and perinatal complications in women with the CI operated uterus improves the situation, which results in decrease in frequency of threat of abortion, premature births, low placentation, CI rate in 6.7; 2.9; 1.6; 1.6 times accordingly and by absence of signs of uterine failure, distress of fetus
