Essay

The dissertation points out peculiarities of vegetative disorders in patients with myocardial infarction on the basis of their clinico-neurological, psycho-physiological and vegetative status examination with the further purpose of their correction. Complex comparative study of 112 patients. By the cardiac rhythm variability all the patients were divided into 3 groups - the first one were eutonics (that is with the balanced tone of sympathic and parasympathic departments), 2nd - (sympathicotonia) activation prevalence, 3rd - with relative increase in the vago-tone (vagotony). Patients with increased sympathic tone were developed non-specific adaptation reactions which are the universal stress-reaction in pathogenesis of the disease progress. The decrease in adaptative abilities is caused by parasym-pathic nervous system activation. Parasympathic nervous system activation causes the decrease in adaptative abilities. The method of non-drug correction of vegeta-tive disorders in patients with myocardial infarction is developed by means of magnitoterapy under the control of heart rhythm variability indexes. The method helps to restore the body functions also improves the parameters of systemic and intracardiac haemodynamics and allows to increase the treatment effectiveness. Key words: myocardial infarction, magnitotherapy, heart rate variability, vegetovascular dysfunction, vegetative homeostasis, cardiointervalography.
