Essay

The dissertation deals with the complex scientific research of administrative-legal provision of established order of administration in Ukraine by bodies of internal affairs. Administrative-jurisdictional powers of these bodies in certain field of activity are analyzed. Specific recommendations to increase efficiency of the activity of bodies of internal affairs in the protection of established order of administration are made; suggestions as to improvement of the national legislation which regulates the procedure of bringing to responsibility for offences encroaching on established order of administration are substantiated.
