Object - the process of educational cooperation of lecturers and students in higher pedagogical educational establishments; aim - to reveal the influence of the realization of theoretically grounded educational conditions on successful overcoming of pedagogical barriers in the process of educational cooperation of lecturers and students; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the educational conditions of overcoming the pedagogical barriers in the process of educational cooperation of lecturers and students are revealed and theoretically grounded for the first time (providing subjects of educational process with learning the information about the pedagogical barriers and their overcoming in the process of educational cooperation of lecturers and students; providing subjects of educational process with gaining the practical experience of positive cooperation in the process of creating a favorable emotional and psychological climate during the studies); the term "pedagogical barrier" is specified as difficult multi-aspect pedagogical phenomenon which is caused both by outer and inner factors, which is typical for all subjects of educational process, and which reduces the effectiveness and successfulness of this process; the term "educational cooperation" is specified as creative educational and professional interaction of lecturers and students on conditions of the unity of the forms, ways, methods of its organization, which is realized on the humanistic and democratic bases and the aim of which is to prevent and overcome pedagogical barriers; the criteria and indices of successful overcoming the pedagogical barriers by lecturers and students are specified (positive motivation; formed system of the knowledge; formed system of the skills; reflexive activity); the thesis of the cooperation of subjects of educational process, the problems of methods and ways of educational cooperation have been further developed; the results - the theoretical thesis, the practical results can be used to renew the contents of lectures and practical lessons in pedagogical courses, in organizing the pedagogical practice, while carrying out lessons, in working out curricula, creating textbooks, writing diploma and course papers with the students; sphere - pedagogy
