Shkurat A. The peculiarities of surgical treatment of cicatricial tracheal stenosis and injury

The thesis focuses on the treatment of patients with cicatricial stenosis and tracheal injuries are a complex clinical and experimental study. The first time the morphological changes in tracheotrachealis anastomosis in different terms of before and postoperative period. Systematized volume preoperative preparation including etiology cicatricial stenosis and postoperative care. Proposed and implemented types of surgical treatment depending on the degree and extent of cicatricial stenosis of the trachea. Developed and implemented in the clinic reinforcement way of tracheotrachealis anastomosis. Based on the results of the investigations improved diagnostic algorhytm and a number of therapeutic measures in patients with cicatrical stenosis and tracheal injuries. Developed and implemented a method of coagulation in the area of tracheal stenosis cicatrices in the complex stage surgical treatment of patients in this category. The choice of treatment tactics depending on the morphological changes in the area of tracheotrachealis anastomosis. Experimental features of the morphological changes depending on the method of blending tracheotrachealis anastomosis, the optimal volume preparation and surgical treatment in view of landmark-operative interferences. Application of the proposed approach allowed reducing overall mortality in patients with cicatricial stenosis and tracheal injuries in the main group (13,8%) according to the comparison group (21%) of 6,2%.
