Lizogyb R. Ekonomice's aspects formations and managements of ecological expenses at the enterprises of the coal industry

Object of research are managerial processes by protection of a surrounding environment at using of bowels in the coal industry. Objective of research is a scientifically and practical background of management of ecological expenses which includes development of information criteria and methodical bases of an assessment of a management efficiency ecological expenses in the coal industry of Ukraine in conditions of market attitudes. Investigative techniques are the statistical analysis, the technical and economic analysis, the factorial analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, an expert assessment. Scientific result of dissertational research is development of theoretical, scientifically and methodical positions and practical recommendations on perfection of management by ecological expenses in the coal industry of Ukraine in conditions of reforming. Mechanisms of management by ecological expenses at the coal enterprise, methodical approaches to using of tools and definition of economic efficiency, methodical bases of definition of criteria and norms of a ecological and economic assessment are advanced. The organizational and economic mechanism of formation of ecological service and system of a supply with information of administrative decisions in area of wildlife management have received the further progress.
