In work the analysis of economic essence of integration and integration development on the basis of what has got the further development the conceptual device of improvement of strategy of integration development, in particular its such elements as "strategy of integration development" is carried out. On integration processes, estimations of development agroindustrial formation is offered to apply an indicator of expediency of integration of the enterprises which are partners in association To maintenance of objectivity and efficiency of action of the selected strategy. It is established, that quantity of the enterprises in area it was considerably reduced, areas under crops under flax has essentially decreased, integration processes are on initial development and have not received the further development in the absence of a target government program and corresponding financing. On the basis of the analysis of the basic indicators of development of the enterprises of processing of flax it is established, that the crisis condition of area is caused by absence of appropriate system of formation of strategy of integration development. The management of the enterprises for primary processing of flax cannot find a constant commodity market, and heads industrial the enterprise are not satisfied with quality of production. As a result of mutual nonagreements there are the problems which decision lays in a plane of integration processes. However this way demands a basic change of structure of the enterprises, manufacturing of the general strategy of integration development which will define further production commodity market, scientifically - technical development, so also economic benefit of integration. It is developed economy - mathematical model of strategy of integration development.
