Lukash H. Forming of legal culture of students in transformationаl society

Dissertation is devoted research of problems, related to forming of legal culture of students in a transformation period, places and roles, in the legal culture of constitutional consciousness, place and role of legal socialization, legal education in forming of legal culture of students. A legal culture is the organic synthesis of rich in content directions, which engulf essence descriptions of personality, cultures and rights, in their dynamic interdependence. In the large understanding, a legal culture in transformation society is the system of financial and spiritual values which provide the stable humanism functioning of right in the conditions of dynamics of the legal system. It is well-proven that legal progress in Ukraine is possible on condition of the simultaneous forming of legal culture of citizens, including student, and becoming of civil society, democratic social, legal state in the process of realization of political and legal reform.
