Proschalykina A. Innovation activity as a factor of economic growth

Researches object are innovative processes in the conditions of passing to the innovative type of economic development. The aim of dissertation work is development of theoretical-methodological positions and practical recommendations in relation to activation of the use of innovative factors of the economy growing in the conditions of system transformation. Research methods: dialectical materialism, grouping and classification, systems analysis, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, cross-correlation-regressive analysis, scientific abstraction. Theoretical results: consist in intensification of theoretical principles of activation of innovative activity as a factor of the economy growth. Practical results: generalization, conclusions and suggestions of author, can be used by administrations at development of strategy of innovative development of Ukraine and for the improvement of innovative policy of the state. Scientific novelty: Conceptual frameworks of maintenance of sustainable economic growth due to activation of innovative factors(such as personality, technological, material and technical, institutional and informative) are defined; it is improved: idea about essence and structure of mechanism of realization of public innovative policy in the conditions of market transformation; a model of determination of level of influence of innovative factors is on the increase of native economy; theoretical ground of processes of forming and functioning of innovative clusters; got further development: determination of structure and indexes of estimation of innovative potential; a ground of theoretical approaches is in relation to determination of types of strategies of development of innovative activity for postsocialist countries.
