The dissertation is devoted to a wide range of legal problems relating to the administrative liability for violations that infringe on the established order of justice. The paper considers the legal nature of administrative and legal proceeding provision. It clarifies the nature and characteristics of administrative and legal regulation of established order of justice. The thesis covers the international experience of the administrative provision of the courts. The author clarifies the concept and types of offenses that infringe on the established order of justice and gives the characteristics of objective and subjective features of offenses that infringe on the established order of the courts and judicial powers of the normal operation of the court.
