Kolesnikova I. Mechanism semantic genesis of personality by ontogenesise

The thesis is devoted to research of objective laws of development of personality in the conditions of formation of the information society. It was ascertained that the spiritual development of man takes place on the basis of connection with the semantic continuity, made by ontogenetic act of arising of a particular functional organ in the personal structure which interprets the semantic continuity into personal semantic structures and corresponding elements. It is the field structure and is the self-organized system which due to the row of successive transformations and states conjugated with the hierarchic intrapersonal structures scaling. It is substantiated that semantic genesis is the inner mechanism of the personal development, the inner core which regulates the inner world of the person as well as the outer world with which the person is connected. Its stages are shown. It was ascertained that the semantic continuity is always characterized by high stochastic dynamics. It is a matter of principle that in bifurcational zones the development of semantic genesis assumes a series of alternative scenarios among which the personal one is one of its many possible versions. Due to that it is substantiated that the overcoming of crisis phenomena and exit to the higher level of social development in conditions of formation of information society in Ukraine demands rising people's spiritual development (semantic genesis) on the basis of awareness and acception of new notions about the Universe duality, updating ideological culture of the person and understanding the interconnection between the inner state of the person and the outer world, rational and irrarional
