Dissertation research is devoted the study of genesis of interpersonal trust high school students. The conceptual model of socially-psychological factors of genesis of interpersonal trust is grounded, which is represented as a system of intercommunication of its structural components, the dynamics of which determines the formation, development, changes in interpersonal trust. The features of structural components of trust of schoolboys are analysed in experimentally-diagnostic part of work. It is set that such indicators of structural constituents as reliability, friendliness and unity have most value in the relations of trust of schoolboys. Identified gender differences influence of personal factors on the identification of interpersonal trust, which are as follows. In high school - the boys have more bias on the assessments of others, they are more guided by the normative expectations, which reduces their trust in others. Girls less biased and more individualized in the assessments of reality, which increases the degree of trust. The practical significance of the study results is that they can recommend ways to psychologically reasonable remedial work with students to build their trust.
