Essay

It is established, that under action of dalarginum inflammatory process is activated by increase in migration of leukocytes through a wall of capillaries, without essential proliferation of capillaries in granulation tissue that provides relative deficiency of oxygen in a wound so also excessing the collagenisation of a scar. It is proved, that microvibration by device "Vitafon" stimulates the proliferation of capillaries in granulative tissue, strengthens migration and morphofunctional activity of fibroblasts, that accelerates a new growth of granulation tissue and prevents its secondary alteration. It is proved, by data of dopplerography, that group of risk of inefficient conservative treatment are patients with long-term non-healing wounds and trophic ulcers of the lower extremities which has collateral type of a tissue blood-stream in the affected limb on which positive influence treatment by dalarginum and "Vitafon" makes. The offered technique of preparation and carrying out autodermoplasty at patients with long-term non-healing wounds and trophic ulcers of the lower extremities provides positive result in 98,8 % of cases.
