Prochan O. Prophylaxis of severe preeclampsia, according to immune and morphological changes in mother-placenta-fetus system.

The paper is devoted to reducing the incidence of obstetric and perinatal complications of preeclampsia by determination of immune and morphological changes in the mother-placenta-fetus system and development of severe forms of preeclampsia prevention method. The results received indicate the increase of circulating immune complexes level according to severity of preeclampsia progress. Signs of chronic placental insufficiency were revealed at morphologic study of placenta. It was revealed that the most severe and irreversible structural changes of placental villi occur in case of severe preeclampsia. Also, progressive decrease of microvascular density of chorionic villi and activation of apoptosis in placental tissue was revealed in case of increase preeclampsia severity, which is probably a consequence of hypoxic disorders development in it. A method for pregnant women with mild and moderate preeclampsia treatment for prophylaxis of severe preeclampsia was developed, including, in addition to standard therapy for preeclampsia, use of corvitin, the sessions of plasmapheresis, an adequate infusion therapy. The positive results confirmed by clinical manifestation and laboratory tests were received.
