Prokopenko Y. Development and validation methods of the quality control of the original phytotherapeutic remedy for the treatment of psoriasis

A complex research of development of methods of quality control of the original remedy “Psorifit” was carried out for the first time. Standardization of the herb of Fumaria officinalis was carried out. Possibility of collection and use of the herb of Fumaria Shleicheri as independent medical herb was proved. Methods of quality control of the extract were developed: identification and assay of the alkaloids and flavonoids was carried out by the method of TLC and spectrophotometry accordingly. Methods of quality control of the ointment “Psorifit” were carried out. 64 and 112 lipofilic compounds (alkaloids, terpenoids, phenols, fat acids) in the extract and ointment accordingly were determined by the method of GS / MS. Projects of the «Methods of quality control» for medical herbs, extract and ointment and project of the monograph of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine “Fumariae herba” was developed.
