Bielska T. Relations between public power and civil society in the conditions of democratic transit

Object of research: a process of democratization of relations is in public administration. Purpose: determination and theoretical ground of ways of perfection of interrelations of public authorities and institutes of civil society in the conditions of democratic transit in Ukraine. Methods: structurally-functional, inductive, historical-comparative; sociological, category and etymologic analysis; analysis and synthesis. Results: the ways of perfection of interrelations of public authorities and institutes of civil society in the conditions of democratic transit of Ukraine are certain and grounded in theory. Novelty: approaches to perfection of structure of public relations are grounded with a selection its institutional, normative, valued, functional, communicative constituents; maintenance of concepts "interrelations of public authorities and institutes of civil society", "civil society" is specified. It is inculcated in activity of public authorities of Sumy region. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
