Essay

The conditions of compactness for approachability set are got for the control problem, when behavior of object is described by linear differential equation with Hukuhara derivative. Possibility of replacement of initial possible measurable control to the constructed piece-permanent control is justified. The approximated (numerical) method of control problem decision with the terminal criteria of quality is offered. The method of complete averaging is justified for the type of control system, containing a small parameter for the cases with periodic and non-periodic right-hand side.
