The aim of this thesis justified the algorithm for constructing asymptotically optimal control in the periodic and non-periodic cases for the problems with fast and slow variables. Justified algorithm for constructing asymptotic approximations to solve boundary value problems in the case of conditionally stable, justified the algorithm for constructing asymptotically optimal control problems with fast and slow variables in a conditionally stable case . Justified algorithm of complete and partial averaging for systems of discrete equations with fast and slow variables, justified algorithm for constructing asymptotically optimal control for discrete problems with fast and slow variables .
