Sevriukov V. The constitutional guarantees of providing of rights for native people and national minorities of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to becoming and development of mechanism of constitutional guarantees of realization of rights and freedoms of national minorities and native people in Ukraine, taking into account exposure in the indicated process yet unsolved problems and possibility of the use of positive experience, purchased to this time. Together with that the deep analysis of key aspects of this process is conducted in the days of independence at Ukraine in a theoretical plane and certainly factors which influenced on development of legal idea in relation to creation of the proper mechanism of constitutional guarantees. A main place in dissertation is taken to determination of features and value in the mechanism of realization of rights and freedoms of national minorities and native people normatively legal guarantees of providing of executableness of the proper rights and freedoms, the system of international legal and organizational guarantees is analysed, and also the features of international open up normatively legal guarantees in the mechanism of realization of legal complex of the noted national associations. In addition, in-process thoroughly investigational question about possibility of distribution of action of row of positions of acts of international law which touch legal position of national minorities of Ukraine, and on a root people which live on its territory.
