Essay

The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of the right to inviolability of the home as one of the constitutional rights of individuals. Clarified the main stages in the development of this right, the current state of its fixing in international instruments and national legislation are analyzed. The content and elements of the constitutional right to privacy of the home, grounds and principles of its limitations are identified. Guarantee of the constitutional right to inviolability of the home are analyzed, focused on the role of internal affairs in an institutional mechanism to ensure this right.
