In thіs thesis author presents the complex comparative analysis of results of anesthesia and intensive therapy (ІТ)is conducted at149patients by acute small bowel obstruction.It was offered optimized anesthesia and ІТconducted sent to minimization of abdominal hypertension, achievement and maintenance of having a special purpose values of intraabdominal perfusion and median capillary intraabdominal pressure.The optimized ІТassists more rapid renewal of intraabdominal pressure, perfusion and median capillary pressure, cardiohemodynamics, index of vascular resistance,capillary exchange,circulatory pool of lymphocytes,decline system inflammatory answer.The offered measures assist diminishing of risk of development of abdominal compartment-syndrome on24,6%.At subcompensation enteral insufficiency it was succeeded to prevent the origin of ACS, lethality is brief on 9,30%.
