Kushch O. The administrative-legal regulation of housing and communal economy in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of administrative regulatory matter in the area of housing and communal economy of Ukraine. The concept and essence of housing and communal economy as the object of administrative-legal control was specified. It was analysed regulatory legal texts which operate in housing and communal economy area. It is investigated foreign experience of the reforming of housing and communal economy. The essential attention was given to the improvement of a control system of housing and communal economy. The mechanisms of optimisation of administrative procedures in housing and communal economy area were grounded. It was realized the analysis of administrative responsibility in housing and communal economy area. Taking into account necessity of appropriate maintenance of the rights and freedom of citizens, it was formulated offers on modification and additions in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offences, and also a number of other regulatory legal texts.
