Yanchuk A. Compensation for losses as the civil remedy of civil rights and interests.

The dissertation is devoted to research of protection of civil rights and interests by compensation of losses on the basis of the acts of civil legislation, case-law and scientific works on civil remedy and civil responsibility. In the dissertation compensation for losses has been reviewed as the way of defense of civil rights and as a measure of civil liability in the aggregate. The distinctions of legal relations in the sphere of protection of civil rights in the way of compensation of losses have been analyzed. New perspectives on the clause of the compensation for losses are proposed. In particular, person's behavior, who has the right of compensation for losses, and cause and effect relationship. Correlation of the volume and the amount of damages, the principle of full recovery of damages, have been evaluated critically.
