Volosenko I. Law risk in the Civil Law (notion, nature, kinds).

The dissertation is devoted to the developing of the concept of legal risk in the civil law of Ukraine. The author has developed the scientific status of the concept, elements, nature and types of risk in civil law. Under the proposed risk is to understand the possible harm to an individual as a result of occurrence of certain danger in reliance on the probability of the damages (the probability of the separation of these damages). The author has studied the legal risks and noted the need to understand risk in a dialectical unity of subjective and objective as a specific element of activity in conditions on uncertainty and inevitable choice.
