Essay

Thesis work is devoted studying possibility to use and indications elaboration to utilize telehealth technologies of ECG monitoring to control therapy effectiveness and safety to maintain sinoatrial rate in patients following arresting atrial fibrillation/flutter paroxysmal event. Advantages of tele-ECG-monitoing method comparing to Holter cardio monitoring were demonstrated to find out new atrial fibrillation/flutter paroxysmal events following sinoatrial rate restoration. Patient population with asymptomatic or oligosymptomatic atrial fibrillation/flutter paroxysmal events. Thus, tele-ECG-monitoring methods application as an additional method of examination is indicated for the patients underwent treatment to restore sinoatrial rate at persisting form of atrial fibrillation/flutter and suffer with asymptomatic or oligosymptomatic paroxysmal events of such arrhythmia. It is expedient to use this method in the first five days following rhythm restoration both to find out new paroxysmal events and to find out complications of anti-arrhythmia therapy being applied.
