Dissertation is devoted to research the concept, role and contents the principles of administrative legal procedure of Ukraine. In the work it is investigated the becoming and development of administrative justice in Ukraine, generalized its understanding in science and practice. On the basis of complex research it is determined the task and the essence of administrative legal procedure in Ukraine. It is determined the system of administrative legal procedure principles. It is payed heed to explain the law nature of the category "principle". It is analyzed a current in Ukraine legislation which fastens the principles of administrative legal procedure on the basis of what was given a proper determination.
