Tsybulska O. Legal relations arising as a result of testamentary arrangements according to the civil legislation of Ukraine.

The thesis is a comprehensive research for conceptual issues of testamentary arrangements definition and essence as grounds when legal relations appear according to the civil legislation of Ukraine. The thesis researches the formation process of testamentary arrangements institute in Roman law and determines principal tendencies of development of testamentary arrangements legal regulation in the law of Ukraine; defines and reveals the essence of testamentary arrangements (testamentary refusal, testamentary burden and servitude) as grounds of binding legal relations arising in a modern civil law of Ukraine; determines a nature of these relation; reveals disadvantageous features of legislation in the sphere of testamentary arrangements civil legal regulation and suggests the ways to remove them.
