Essay

The technology of hot volumetric forging of forging-parts on the basis of development of methods of preliminary profiling of billets by upsetting by convex oblong flags (UCOF) is improved. Degree of upsetting deformation through the displaced volumes is theoretically defined. Mathematical models are developed for forecasting of shape changes of billets at UCOP. The analysis of tenses, deformations and force of deformation on transitions of profiling of billets and the next die-forging of plates units is made.
