The Dissertation is devoted to the study of the genesis of the political elite in Ukraine. Analyzed the modern features of this process and its historical background that led to the emergence of pronounced specific features of national elitogeneza. Justified reason that Ukraine so far is still at the initial stage of democratization. The theoretical justification functions to confirm their feasibility results of empirical research.
