On the basis of prevalence anamnestic data, a comprehensive assessment of physical and sexual evolution, hormonal parameters and ultrasound status of internal genital brain functional condition, personalized features and family microclimate in adolescent girls with menstrual disorders wіth anorexia nervosa additions some links of pathogenesis, developed an integrated system of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. The introduction of the system led to the increase in the normalization of the menstrual cycle and reduce the number of relapses.
