Essay

Mechanisms of management of state ownership in the industry. To find out the maintenance and specificity of organizational and legal mechanisms of management of state ownership as components of a control system of state ownership and to prove expediency of creation of effective organizational and legal mechanisms of management of state ownership. Research methods are: dialectic, is abstract-theoretical, classification, statistical, istoriko-logic and istoriko-legal methods, a method of the comparative analysis. It is proved that research of questions of management by state ownership only from positions of the theory of economy and the right is insufficient and its analysis is necessary for carrying out from positions of the theory of the government. On this basis position is proved that more authentic disclosing of essence of a category the property "is possible only in a triad"economy-right-management"which provides objectivity of understanding of development and phenomenon functioning. The concept of beta management concerning difficult administrative systems which industrial production state regulation concerns is entered. Feature of beta management is that the subject of management influences object of management in Wednesday of its dwelling. Results are introduced in the Odessa territorial administration of the State commission on securities and stock market, in the Kherson regional center of retraining and improvement of professional skill of workers of public authorities, local governments, the state enterprises, establishments and the organizations.
