Essay

The dissertation is an independent and accomplished scientific work which is devoted to the research of proprietary rights to another's dwelling. Dwelling is viewed as a special object of use securing the natural human rights. Determined are the grounds for discovery of housing servitude contractually. Under the provisions of the analysis it is asserted that the entities of the servitude jural relationships are both the owner and the users of the dwelling. Grounded is the appropriateness of introducing additional motives for discovery of right of use another's property, in particular, acquiring housing servitude for acquisitive prescription. Considerable attention is paid to description of separate proprietary interests to another's housing, and also studied are the grounds, ways of acquiring proprietary interests to another's dwelling. Studied are the ways and forms of defending proprietary interest to another's dwelling
