The research deals with examining of a contract of providing services to multi-storied building, which mediates relationship between a condominium and a manager, which provides management services and provides maintenance of multi-storied building. The thesis defines legal nature and concept of "utility services". Special attention is paid to concept, content and characteristics of management services of multi-storied buildings. Considerable attention is paid to position of contract of providing services to multi-storied building in contracts' system, its features. It's done the comparative description of contract of providing services to multi-storied building and management contracts of agency and property management. The parties by contract of providing services to multi-storied building are determined, and their basic rights and responsibilities are analyzed. Legal description of said contract is given and its essential conditions are analyzed. It's paid attention to the forms of examined contract. The research set out specific proposals to the current legislation of Ukraine, including those which regulate the provision of utility services
