Zolotaryova O. The mechanism of motivation of economic activity of the hired workers

Theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the mechanism of motivation of economic activity of the hired workers are explored in dissertation work. The essence, components and functions of the mechanism of motivation are determined. The sinarkhional character of connections between exogenous and endogenous the constituents of motivational mechanism is grounded. The property on a labour is consedered as a systemforming basis of this mechanism. Motivation characteristic of elements of the property on a labour distributed between the employer-proprietor of means of enterprise and the hired worker as a result of purchase-sale of labour force last are concretized. The directions of monitoring both correcting of forms and instruments of motivation to the optimum state by criterion of increase of a production efficiency are selected. The features and negative tendencies of realization of the mechanism of motivation of economic activity of the hired workers in Ukraine are analyzed, the recommendations concerning its improvement on makro-, micro- and nanoeconomic levels are given. The methodic of economic evaluation of efficiency of mechanism of motivation at mikroekonomical level, the use of which on the row of enterprises enabled to promote efficiency of mechanism of motivation.
