Semyd'yanova O. Improved methods of organization and technology of the internal finishing work

Object of the research: technological and organizational processes that take place at the interior decorating. The aim of the thesis: improvement of existing technological approaches and institutional arrangements in the production of interior decorating, taking into account the initial state of the surface structures and using modern materials and tools. Methods: a compilation and analysis of theoretical and experimental data, and methods of experimental design, methods of observation chronometer, mathematical modeling, probability and statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results: developed and implemented in practice method of predicting the duration of production of preparatory work and internal finishing work, taking into account original state and design features of structure surface; defined production standards complexity and duration production of internal finishing work using modern materials and technology. Novelty: established experimentally the influence total reserves of time are proposed, scope of work and number of workers in the working-level of the internal finishing works; improved technology of preparatory work and technology of the internal finishing works taking into account properties advanced materials and technological set of mechanisms; experimentally determined depending of drying time of the mounting glue during installation of gypsum plasterboard deviations from the design position using modern materials and technology; installed depending labor intensity, cost and duration of the internal finishing works of modern technological methods of execution of works. Degree of introduction: the results of the thesis introduced in production company "Ideal MK", and also used in the learning process Zaporozhye State Engineering Academy. Sphere of the use: production of internal finishing works.
