The complex characteristic of anemic and hypoxic syndrome, activity and adequancy of endogenic erythropoietin (EPO) in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) was studied. It was described anemic syndrome by establishment change and interconnection main indeces of peripheral erythron and bone marrow erythroid branch, parameters of iron metabolism and biochemical blood indices. It was analyzed influence anemic syndrome on the life quality and formation of hypoxic syndrome.
