Essay

The complex investigation and medical treatment of 63 patients with endotoxicational anemia in consequence of suppurative-septic processes were made. We have concluded, that the standart infusion-transfusion therapy against the background of mixed hypoxia is accompanied by hyperkinesia of blood circulation and deepening of hypoxemia. Perftoran is an effective preparation to choose in the urgent situations for patients with a high risk of hemotransfusion.
