Vechirko I. Legal Regulation of Procedural Relations on Cases of Bankruptcy in Ukraine.

In the dissertation legal regulation problems of bankruptcy cases' procedural relations are researched taking into consideration achievements of home and foreign law science and administrative court practices in Ukraine. Characteristic features of legal proceedings on bankruptcy cases are defined considering the latter as an independent kind of administrative court practices. Peculiarities of subjects, object and content of procedural relationships in bankruptcy cases are researched. Administrative court's competence type and its functions on every stage of bankruptcy case trial are stated. Peculiarities of bankruptcy court procedures being applied to a debtor are analyzed. According to the research results some motions are introduced to improve legal procedures that regulate bankruptcy cases trial order.
