As the result of a complex research 212 men, suffering from unsatisfactory family and sexual relations, 157 of which were married and passed examination with their spouse and other 55 men having no regular partner, implemented from the position of a comprehensive approach it was established that non harmonica parent family, distorted connections between parents, defective child-parent interaction together with general pathological and incorrect sexual upbringing leave traces on forming the personal and gender communication of examined persons and becomes background for development of men's sexual disorders. In is found that genesis of men's sexual disorders are connected with complex violation of the components and elements of sexual health, differentiated by apparent and hierarchical influence. It is discovered that men's sexual disorders having imaginary similarity of sexual health disorders are different in clinical presentations and level of intensity depending upon its causative mechanism. The interrelation between manifestations of mental problems and genesis of men's sexual disorders is determined. It is proved, that individual psychological features influence forming of disadaptation and men's sexual disorders. Determined that characteristics of interpersonal communication define types of communicative abnormalities among men with sexual disorders. On the ground of received data, a system of physiological correction of sexual disorders of different genesis was justified, developed and implemented. The efficiency of the system in proved on the base of case -based medicine. Key words: psychological correction, sexual disorders, men.
