Research object: competences of corporate management and knowledge of an enterprise; purpose of the work: development of theoretical statements, methodical and practical recommendations on forming of competences of corporate management on basis of knowledge of an enterprise; research methods and instruments: method of dialectical unity of historical and logical; method of abduction; abstractive logical method; methods of analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization; method of principal components; canonical analysis; method of expert estimations; method of morphological research; theoretical and practical results: concept "Competences of Corporate Management" on the basis of analysis of essence and maintenance of concepts "Competences of an Enterprise" and "Corporate Management" and its subsequent synthesis; competence-based constituent of conception of development of knowledge due to issuing of managerial knowledge of key subjects of corporate management in the system of knowledge of an enterprise; methodical approach to evaluation of competences of corporate management of an enterprise, which is formed on the basis of issuing of managerial competences, which provide strategic decisions making, coordination of interests of participants of corporate management and enterprise, development and practising of effective methods and technologies of management, providing stable financial state of an enterprise, forming of system of knowledge, and its formalized development in plans, methods, reports;methodical support of forming and development of competences of corporate management which consists of forming of complex of measures on development of managerial knowledge of an enterprise on the basis of isuing of competences of members of board of directors and procedural, declarative, causative knowledge of managers and its expert estimation; procedure of choice of method of forming and development of competences of corporate management of an enterprise, which is based on defined priority of measures on development of managerial knowledge according to criteria of resource using, perception by staff, actuality for an enterprise; degree of introduction: developments are put in practical activity of JSC "Turboatom", JSC "Kharkivskij Pidshipnikovij Zavod";sphere of using: development of knowledge and competences of machine-building enterprises, educational process.
