Object of the research: collective labour potential of administrative personnel in production organization; Purpose of the research: further development of theoretical bases and practical recommendations in relation to forming of administrative personnel’s collective labour potential on the basis of forming and developing of its labour mentality in production organization; Methods and instrument of the research: generalization, analysis and synthesis, systematization, methods of mathematical statistics: taxonomical method, cluster analysis, method of construction of belonging function, method of canonical correlations, method of expert estimations; Theoretical and practical results: methodical approach to the diagnostics of administrative personnel’s labour mentality, that differs from the existing by determination of labour mentality types in the coordinates of attitude toward labour as to the instrumental and terminal value; procedure of evaluation of forming and development factors of administrative personnel’s labour mentality, the speciality of the procedure is including of organizational culture, social and psychological climate of the group in the list of factors; methodical approach to the evaluation of administrative personnel’s labour mentality level, that differs from the existing by acquisition of quality-quantitative estimation of its components such as worker’s relation to the group, leader and labour; notion apparatus for the research of administrative personnel’s collective labour potential that provides for including of such a notion as “labour mentality”; determination of the essence of socialization of social and labour relations as an instrument for forming and development of administrative personnel’s labour mentality; methodical providing on creation administrative personnel’s collective labour potential on the basis of working out of the technology of forming and development its labour mentality; Degree of implementation: developments are implemented in practical activity of LTD “Agroimport”, LTD firm “Antares-UV”; sphere of using: personnel management of machine-building enterprises.
