Essay

Dissertation is devoted to levealing the features of cholinergic regulation of the heart in necrotic process development on the background of ovariectomy and hormonal correction by mono- and combination hormone replacement therapy. It is established that the correction of hormonal level by hexestrol and progesterone as opposed to applying only hexestrol restores the original balance of activity of both links of the autonomic nervous system, increases heart susceptibility to endogenous and exogenous acetylcholine and restores the contents of parasympathetic neurotransmitter in the heart and its activity of enzymatic hydrolysis, and prevents the activation of lipid peroxidation and necrotic-dystrophic changes in myocardium of female rats. Development of the heart necrotic process on the background of combined hormone replacement therapy with hexestrol and progesterone are similar in animals with preserved gonads of regulatory activity links of the autonomic nervous system, heart sensitivity to endogenous and slightly less sensitivity to exogenous acetylcholine, similar to the dynamics of acetylcholine content in the myocardium of the ventricles, its enzymatic activity hydrolysis. In applying hexestrol and progesterone minimum difference between the animals with preserved gonads is recorded by the contents of lipid peroxidation products in the myocardium and the blood, high activity of enzymes of antioxidant system, which contributes less than hexestrol application, the degree of myocardial damage.
