Dissertation is devoted to research of scientific and methodological grounds and development of practical recommendations concerning mechanisms of formation of the perspective agricultural land use in the period of economic transformations. The model of estimation of reliability of implementation of financial decisions according to statistic and expert incoming parameters in the perspective agricultural land use was proposed.
