Mendzhul M. Civic organizations as the subjects of civil law.

The legal status of civic organizations as the subjects of civil law has been the subject of the research in the dissertation, the definition and characteristics of civic organizations were provided as well as their role in the system of the subjects of civil law, the peculiarities of establishment and liquidation of civic organizations were identified, participation of civic organizations in property and personal non-property relations was analyzed. It was established that civic organization as the subject of civil law had characteristics of both the legal entity and non-commercial organization and haв constitutive characteristics (such as the purpose of establishment and activities, membership nature). In addition, it was justified that it was necessary to establish the limitations on the reorganization of non-commercial organizations, as well as that civic organizations were subjects with special legal capacity, they were characterized by additional limitation in the execution of property rights. The propositions were prepared for amendments and changes into the Civil Code of the Ukraine, the Laws of the Ukraine "About Unions of Citizens", "About the State Registration of Legal Entities and Individuals-Entrepreneurs", "About Youth and Children Organizations", "About Professional Unions, their Rights and Guarantees of the Activities" and other normative acts.
