Object - the process of conversion of oscillations and waves in electrodynamics devices containing nonlinear elements with the concentrated and up-diffused parameters. The purpose - development of modeling techniques of electrodynamics microstrip structures containing elements with the concentrated and up-diffused parameters; and research of nonlinear modes and parameters of the mentioned structures. Methods - mathematical tools technique of electrodynamics, nonlinear oscillations theories, theories of antennas with nonlinear elements, microwave circuits, numerical analysis and mathematical modelling methods. Results - the method and algorithm for modelling of nonlinear microstrip devices has been improved. It is introduced - into the research and academic activity at KHNURE Department of Radio Engineering Fundamentals and into graduation projects for students of Radio Engineering speciality. Sphere of application - microwave elements and communication system units
